Fat Bastard Has a Plan

7 May

Former New Jersey Governor, Chris Christie has spoken and here is what he thinks about the Covid-19 Pandemic and what America now needs to do.  The U.S. should push ahead with reopening its economy during the Covid 19 Pandemic because “there are going to be deaths no matter what.”

And he added:

“The American people have gone through significant death before. We’ve gone through it in World War I, we’ve gone through it in World War II. We have gone through it and we’ve survived it. We sacrificed those lives.”

And he continued…

“We decided to make that sacrifice because what we were standing up for was the American way of life,” he said. “In the very same way now, we have to stand up for the American way of life.”

So you’ve heard him America. We’ve got to get out there and risk sacrificing our lives in order to save our American way of life!

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie uses the beach with his family and friends at the governor's summer house at Island Beach State Park in New Jersey on July 2. Christie is defending his use of the beach, closed to the public during New Jersey's government shutdown, saying he had previously announced his vacation plans and the media had simply "caught a politician keeping his word."

Because you certainly know that he won’t!

Lies and Donuts

11 Aug

This is what NJ governor Chris Christie had to say about himself at the most recent Republican debate.

CHRISTIE: “I’m the only person on this stage who’s actually filed applications under the Patriot Act, who has gone before the federal—the Foreign Intelligence Service [sic] court, who has prosecuted and investigated and jailed terrorists in this country after September 11th. I was appointed U.S. attorney by President Bush on September 10th, 2001, and the world changed enormously the next day, and that happened in my state.”

Unfortunately the governor can’t seem to remember his most recent past. (This has been happening to him quite a lot lately) It seems that when he isn’t telling someone to sit down and shut up or threatening to punch someone else in the face he’s just making stuff up…Because our most humongous governor wasn’t nominated for the U.S. attorney post until December of 2001 and didn’t start his job as U.S. Attorney until January 2002..which is not even close to being the day before 9/11.

One would think that being nominated by the President of the United States (albeit President Dubya) to such a prominent post would be an unforgettable moment in one’s life. Especially since it happened less than 15 years ago and especially when you have it written down in your OFFICIAL BIOGRAPHY on your government website page here…

Whenever the governor takes time off from campaigning for the presidency these days and shows up to do his job somewhere in New Jersey he receives long, loud and sustained boos from New Jersians of both political parties. When asked why, by political wonks, he says that it’s most likely because the people of New Jersey will all miss him so much and don’t want to see him leave…

Wow! Forgetful and stupid too! Yes, we’ll miss him… like a donut misses its hole.

P.s. Don’t vote for him unless  bullying, lies and and insincerity are all you need in a presidential candidate.

New Jersey’s Big Fat Investigation

28 Mar

The verdict is in!

New Jersey has just spent 1 million tax payer dollars for a complete investigation of our Governor’s possible involvement in the closing of 3 lanes of the George Washington Bridge and the creation of a massive traffic jam, as payback for a Democratic mayor who did not support him.

And the Survey says: Governor Christie knew nothing!

That sure is comforting.

It’s always nice to know that your governor’s close personal friends and appointed aides are working hard for him and your state, without his direction nor his knowledge of what they are doing.

And who conducted this thorough and complete investigation?…for the tidy sum of 1 million dollars?

The governor’s close personal friends of course!

The law firm responsible for the investigation, Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher, has worked for the Christie administration previously. Debra Wong Yang, one of the top partners at the firm, is a friend of Governor Christie and, employees of the firm have previously donated money to Governor Christie’s campaign for statewide office…And three of the Governor’s aides, who were most integrally involved in the scandal, refused to be interviewed by the investigators…which is always nice to know.

They don’t do law in real life like they do it on TV do they? I sure hope the lunches were good.

But, I guess that when you are only paying 1 million dollars for an internal investigation you can’t expect the investigation to be very thorough. I mean really, how many billable hours can you expect from a top notch law firm when you are only paying them 1 million dollars??? Perhaps the Governor might want to look into cutting some of these wasteful, overpaid lawyers from the state budget just like he did with the wasteful, overpaid policemen, firemen and teachers a few years back.

Oh well, just more money down the New Jersey political drain. I wonder if any of that 1 million will find its way back to the Governor through campaign contributions from his favorite law firm. That’s probably very impolite of me to wonder and I’m sure the Governor wouldn’t know anything about that anyway since he’s going to be so busy running for the Presidency over the next 2 years, to pay much attention to the job that I do believe we tax payers are paying him to do…for us.

Wow! What a big, fat waste of time!

The investigation I mean.
