Hmmm, maybe Richard III. He also had a thing for attacking innocents in the Middle East, plundering along the way. Cheney appears to be the Dick following in the steps of the crusades. Damn, Nixon is looking downright good compared to these other Dicks–and I never thought I’d say that.
